Their existing site was not converting at the desired rate, had ongoing challenges with overall marketing and storytelling, and was confusing users with how its multiple brand/product solutions were represented..
PointOne’s first phase/engagement with VTS was to conduct an “Diagnosis and Treatment Plan” to identify key contributing factors (and solutions) to the lagging lead generation performance. PointOne defined a multi-phased digital strategy for VTS to enhance its website presence, including the creation of a new set of brand guidelines. This strategy flowed into the next phase where the PointOne team redesigned the entire user experience and structure for the website, where since launch, the conversion rate has increased by double-digits.
